MAMANET WORLD TOUR – LOUTRAKI, GREECE 25-29/9/2024

Mamanet invites you to a once in a lifetime experience as part of the MAMANET WORLD TOUR TOURNEMNETS which will take place in Loutraki, Greece.

This major event edition will be organized by MIFA (MAMANET INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION ASSOCIATION)

This three-day event will take place in the summer between September 25th and 29th, 2024.

This event in collaboration with Sports Tours & Training Camps in Greece and Loutraki Municipality

Mamanet Tournament will be held in the coastal town Loutraki, Greece

18:00-19:00 - Technical meeting Mandatory, Captains, Coaches and staff

26/09/2024, Thursday:

08:00-09:00 - Opening Ceremony
09:00-15:30 - Tournament Pools Phase

27/09/2024, Friday:

08:00-15:30 - Tournament Pools Phase

28/09/2024, Saturday:

08:00-13:30 - Tournament Finals and Ranking
14:00-15:30 - Final and Medals Ceremony

Registration: On Mamanet website until 23/8/2024.

Please note, registration is on a first come first serve base.

Rules of the game: Mamanet official rules of the game

Regulation: Mamanet official Regulations, mothers of any age and women 28 years old and over.

Transportation: The organizing committee will provide a free transportation to and from the venues.

Hotel: 3 or 4-star Hotel, BED AND BREAKFAST

The delegation stayed in several hotels. Hotel details will be sent before the tournament.

Room availability in some hotels is limited.

Placement will be on a first-come, first-served basis

Sport Venue:

Indoor Gym of Loutraki "G. GALANOPOULOS"

Insurance: Each participant is responsible for obtaining insurance that cover sports activities and all other risks during the games.

Arrival: The organizing committee will provide Transportation to and from ATHENS Airport

Competition Format: Competition Formula
The tournament is comprised of three days

Phase 1: Pools Day 1 and 2

Phase 2: Finals Day 3

Notes: Mamanet TC reserves the right to modify or substitute any of the times published for any reason that requires changes, including any circumstances obligating a change in the tournament program.All of the above mentioned ranking calculations, according to Mamanet's Regulation.

OFFICIAL BALL: Molten 4500 or 5000

ACCREDITATION: Only official accreditation cards will ensure access to the designated venue areas

All players must bring their accreditation card to each game to use as ID Card.

Prices per person
You can add lunch or dinner
Meal (Lunch or Dinner in buffet style): 20,00€ pp per day – total 80€ (This rate does not apply to the additional meals at the kosher hotel.)
The location of the resorts and the 4 star kosher hotel is outside the city center. About 2.5 km
It is possible to register for the tournament without staying at the hotel at a cost of €225 ($281)

Your payment includes:

3/4-star hotel, Breakfast buffet, four nights, Game shirt, registration fee for the tournament, participation in Mamanet activities and events.
Registration cannot be completed if a player is not registered for Mamanet web site. A player who is not registered on Mamanet website will be charged an additional fee of 40€
The price in shekels will be determined according to the high exchange rate on the day of payment
Final approval for registration will be sent only once completed full payment and final approval from the tournament organizers.

Cancelation policy:

If you cancel your registration until August 23, 2024, you will get full refunds.
Cancellation between 24 August,2024 and 17 September 2024 will refund 60%
Any cancellation later than 17 September, no refunds.
