What is the gender mainstreaming and how is it articulated in city life?  How can a city be planned so that it suits both women and men?  Why and how to formulate a gender-sensitive budget?  How can female capital and male capital be empowered in a municipality's human resources?  What impact do communities make on shaping a city?  How can we create an egalitarian space for adolescent girls and boys?  An entrepreneurship hub during maternity leave, urban hubs for technology and social entrepreneurship tailored to young adults of both genders – are they feasible?
